Peer Review Process

Initial manuscript evaluation
The Editors first evaluate all manuscripts. In some cases, the Editors will promptly return a paper to its author(s) at this stage if it does not match the journal's stated interests or level of quality. Submissions that meet the minimum criteria are typically passed on to at least two experts for review.

Type of peer review
The peer review process is single-blind. This means that the reviewers know the identity of the authors, but the authors don't know the identity of the reviewers.

Final report
Reviewers send their reports to the editors. The decision of the editors to return the manuscript to the author(s) for correction, acceptance, or rejection of the manuscript will be immediately sent to the author(s) with a corresponding detailed explanation. In the case of a reviewer's request to make major corrections in the manuscript, the reviewers are sent a new version of the work (with corrections made) prepared by the author. After that, the reviewers send their reports to the editors again.

The editorial decision to accept or reject the work is final.
